Following a serious illness and a role change, which I felt had not been well managed. I was feeling disconnected and listless at work.
The overall impact of the coaching sessions are that they have enabled me to positively reengage with my daily workload and set myself clear achievable goals for moving forward.
It has empowered me to have clarity about what I want from my work life in the short to medium term. Which has given me the insight to focus my self led learning and development and start to have key conversations with colleagues and managers.
Andrews patience meant that even though literally the whole world changed, the knock-on effect to work-life balance meant that coaching could carry on, but also his focus meant that the change to work-life balance couldn’t be used as an excuse to not confront challenges I was personally facing in my work life.
