The biggest impact for me from my sessions with Andrew was that I began to question some existing thoughts and ideas about my goals, which several times led me to ‘light bulb’ moments about what my goals really were and whether or not I wanted to pursue them. It then became clear to me that there were different but connected goals that were far more important and I was able to then switch my energy and enthusiasm into those.
Responding to, and learning from, Andrew’s style of questioning has helped me develop tools and skills for myself, which will enable me to identify ‘real’ goals and set realistic action plans to achieve them.
