Becoming the best version of me

The overall impact of my coaching sessions has been amazing. I feel like they have really helped me to discover a side of me that I knew was there but didn’t know how to access it.

We focused on ‘how to become the best vision of me’ pinpointing a few things that I could do to change/help with work tasks such as having the confidence to speak up in meetings. We would set a small task that was easy to manage and didn’t feel too unreachable within the time frame we had. The goals we set were always manageable as I was honest from the start about the lack of time, I had for something new. Each time the goal/task was achieved I was keen to figure out what else we could do to build the best vision of me.

After each session, Andrew would ask me ‘how I’m feeling’? It was a great comfort to know that he had my interests at heart and that I wasn’t feeling too overwhelmed with the tasks we had set out.

We have now come to the end of the sessions and I’m still using the techniques that I have learnt throughout the sessions.

Andrew’s coaching style helped me to open up about my struggles with speaking in public and having all eyes on me. With Andrew’s help, I have been able to change my way of thinking and acting which has then helped me to reflect on situations and look at them differently, allowing the ‘best vision of me’ to shine through.
